“…sometimes sharp, sometimes comedic, sometimes harsh, but always entertaining.”– Large Magazine
“All the acting is well done…so many different characters and relationships that it would be difficult to watch this show without feeling you are seeing at least a small part of your own life on stage…a high achievement indeed.”– Vibewire
- STORY
Sixty Six, Fishy Productions’ first theatrical production, was originally staged at the TAP Gallery in December 2003. In 2004, along with the Darlinghurst Theatre Company, we produced a second sell-out season at the Darlinghurst Theatre, Potts Point.
Sixty Six Minutes is an evening of six short plays written by three playwrights, Joe Pintauro, Theresa Rebeck and Frederick Stroppel. Sixty Six Minutes invites the audience into 24 hours of the lives of 14 city dwellers. It is a fable for our times for all urban fringe dwellers exploring the issues of extreme vegetarianism and smoking, prostitution and domesticity, organ donation and firearms.
